By accessing or using the Thronos Driver Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Thronos Driver Platform is a fleet operations SaaS solution for managing drivers, trips, telemetry, and dispatch for taxi fleets, school transport, and transport companies. The Service does not provide cryptocurrency or financial services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to operate a vehicle or manage a fleet in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any component, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thronos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
